Description

As a Bilingual Sales Manager you will use your leadership skills to lead and coach a team of talented sales professionals.

You’ll manage leads and be responsible for coaching our sales staff – acting as their primary reference regarding customer service and satisfaction, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, closing skills, prices, terms, paperwork, and sales guideline interpretation. Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma required, college degree highly preferred
· Eight years minimum sales management experience is required
· Eight years minimum experience in a supervisory role is required
· Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English is required
· Funeral services industry or insurance experience is a plus
